Dr. Richard Fleming Letter

Thank you for having allowed me the privilege of being your physician and helping with your health care needs. It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing retirement from my practice effective March 15, 2020. It has been a great pleasure helping my patients from all around the world the past 40 years of my career. I will cherish all of the friendships I have built and sincerely appreciate the trust you placed in me as your doctor.

As my practice will be closing, I am pleased to advise that Michelle Lee, M.D., an excellent Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, will be available to continue seeing my patients. In addition, should you need copies of your medical records or have any other questions, please contact Dr. Lee who will maintain the records consistent with the privacy requirements of HIPAA regulations in the event you need a copy of them.
