Jessica

Surgery Coordinator + General Manager

Jessica is our Surgery Coordinator and General Manager at PERK Plastic Surgery. She moved to Los Angeles after completing her bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she grew up. As PERK Plastic Surgery’s very first employee, Jessica takes great pride in ensuring a seamless, excellent experience for each and every client that comes through our door. In her free time, you can find her at the beach, in the gym, or spending time with her friends, family and pets.

Lexi

Front Office Administrator & Nonsurgical Services Coordinator

Lexi is our friendly and welcoming Front Office Administrator & Nonsurgical Services Coordinator! She was born and raised in Princeton, New Jersey, and officially moved to Los Angeles in 2019 after graduating from Emerson College in Boston, MA––where she majored in Writing, Literature and Publishing and worked as the assistant to the Dean of Boston College Law School. Lexi’s lifelong passion is creative writing and she is currently authoring her debut novel. In her downtime, she enjoys yoga, day trips to Malibu, and spending quality time with her Yorkshire Terrier, Ruby. Her favorite part of working with our wonderful patients is seeing them smile!

Sophia

Medical Assistant

Sophia is our Medical Assistant at PERK Plastic Surgery. Originally from the sunny shores of Laguna Beach, California, Sophia has lived all over Southern California. In February 2025, she added pilot training to her growing list of skills. On weekends, she enjoys flying down the coast and taking in California’s stunning views from the sky. When she’s not in the air, you’ll likely find her immersed in a good book, dancing in a studio, or unwinding at a hot yoga class. Sophia is thrilled to be part of the PERK team and enjoys contributing to the uplifting atmosphere and comforting patient experience.

Ava

Medical Assistant

Ava is our Medical Assistant at PERK Plastic Surgery. Born in Washington and raised in Los Angeles, California, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Ava is currently pursuing a career in medicine as a pre-Physician Assistant student. Outside of work and studying, Ava enjoys baking, staying active, traveling, and spending time with her family. As a certified scuba diver, you can always find her by the water, whether she's surfing, boating, scuba diving, or water skiing.
