All-natural breast reconstruction
This type of breast reconstruction uses parts of the patient’s own body to create a viable breast mound. Flap reconstruction employs transplanted tissue from the belly, thigh, or back to create the shape and contour of the breast. Results both look and feel natural, and can last the rest of your life.
Implant breast reconstruction
This is the majority of breast reconstruction in the united states. Patients will elect to undergo breast reconstruction either at the same time as her mastectomy or at a later time. Implants may be either saline or silicone, and can be inserted through a variety of incision choices. The type of incision will be discussed with Dr. Lee during your consultation, based on your individual needs and goals.
