Labiaplasty<\/a>, commonly referred to as labia surgery, is a one- to two-hour outpatient procedure designed to sculpt the size and shape of the outer vaginal structures by reducing and or reshaping long or uneven labia. Many women are born with large or irregular labia, while others develop this condition after childbirth or due to the natural effects of gravity and aging. In most women, the labia minora are seen only when the legs are separated.
