She sparkles. “She has sexy eyes,” says Dr. Toby G. Mayer, co-director of the Beverly Hills Institute of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery and a surgeon to celebrities. “She’s got great eyebrow position, the shape is fantastic, and you don’t see a lot of her eyelid. She’s open on the inner part of the eye, but the outer part is low. When you’re young and that area is filled with plump skin, it looks attractive.”
